Kay Luan is the current Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the FIDE FORUM. He spearheads the FORUM’s strategic directions involving the delivery of directors’ education, board services and sourcing of future board talent.
 
Kay Luan has wide change implementation experience in his career history of turning around organizations’ growth, service quality and reputation. He led and played an instrumental role, as a Vice Chancellor towards strengthening the position of the International University of Malaya Wales, building the membership growth of ACCA in ASEAN markets and the establishment of Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers (AICB). He has held various leadership positions with the HayGroup, the Business Council of Sustainable Development Malaysia and the UK based Harmonious Entrepreneurship Society. He is a trustee with Astro Kasih.

Kay Luan holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor’s honours degree in Social Science from Kingston University, London. He is the author of 3 books on Sustainability, and a regular speaker at international conferences. He is pursuing a 4-year PhD with Graduate Business School, USM.
