Sunil Hasmukharay is an international speaker since the age of 17 when he was first invited to speak at United Nations. In the last 21 years, he has travelled to more than 46 countries to deliver keynote addresses, train and coach leaders globally.  He worked in PETRONAS, Malaysia’s national oil & gas company for over a decade managing downstream projects valued more than RM 250 billion before pursuing his passion in the areas of organisation design, change management, culture transformation and leadership development. 

Sunil is a catalyst in supporting organisations globally to reinvent their organisation culture, build high performance teams,  re-design their Learning & Development strategies, cultivating Strengths Driven, Solution Focused Culture and building coaching culture to drive business performance. Sunil is a much sought after keynote speakers and professional facilitator in the areas of business & organisation transformation, strategic planning and positive work cultures. In the last decade, he has developed more then 250 customised intervention, positively impacting more than 200,000 people in Asia Pacific, Africa, Europe and Middle East. 

Sunil is the Group CEO of HC Consultants Group and currently serves as a Council Member on Malaysia Institute of Human Resources Management (MIHRM). He is the Co-Founder & Immediate Past President of Malaysia Association of Professional Trainers & Coaches (MAPTAC) and also the Founder & President of Malaysia Positive Psychology Association (MPPA). In line with his vision to enrich people’s life and building happier corporate cultures, he founded the ASEAN Corporate Happiness Community amongst the HR Community to drive corporate Happiness Culture in the region.

Sunil is the only representative from ASIA who served as a Subject Matter Expert in the development of the ISO Standards for Learning & Development and has been instrumental in the development of the ISO 30422 : HRM – Learning & Development  standards.’
