Imelda is a seasoned banker with more than 20 years of experience in compliance and regulatory fields in local and joint venture banks. She had held Compliance Head roles in Bank OCBC NISP, Rabobank International Indonesia, and Bank ICBC Indonesia before joining Bank DBS Indonesia in 2020.

Imelda was awarded as The Best Indonesian Leader by Economic Review in 2021. In 2022, Imelda received another award as one of the Top 100 Women Business Leaders of The Year 2022 by SWA Magazine.
